These Terms and Conditions govern your use of thelostcompendium.com and purchases from The Lost Compendium™, operated by Forevermore Workshop LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Natural Variations

Many products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created from natural materials. Crystals, minerals, wood, moss, botanicals, and similar materials naturally vary in color, pattern, shape, texture, size, formation, inclusions, and appearance.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings. Natural variations are not considered defects.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect prices or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Inventory errors or unavailable one-of-a-kind items
• Shipping restrictions
• Website or payment-processing errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in United States dollars and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or custom work has begun.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, measurements, colors, designs, and other customization details before approving an order.

Once custom work begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Handmade products may contain minor variations that do not affect their intended purpose and are not considered defects.

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Intuitive, Spiritual, and Educational Content

Descriptions of crystals, herbs, spiritual practices, astrology, energy, symbolism, or metaphysical properties are provided for spiritual, historical, educational, and personal-reflection purposes.

These products, descriptions, guides, and readings are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Customers are responsible for using, displaying, storing, and handling products appropriately. Some natural minerals, botanicals, small objects, decorative products, or handcrafted items may be unsuitable for children or animals and may present risks if swallowed, inhaled, burned, placed in water, or handled improperly.

Review product information and contact us with questions before using a product in a manner other than ordinary decorative display. Products are not intended for ingestion unless expressly identified and sold for that purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Lost Compendium™ name, branding, website text, original product descriptions, photographs, artwork, graphics, downloads, guides, and designs are owned by or licensed to Forevermore Workshop LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer information
• Submit fraudulent orders or false information
