SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Processing Times

In-stock orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or oversized pieces may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing time provided in the product listing or during custom-order discussions will apply.

Shipping and Tracking

The Lost Compendium™ currently ships within the United States. Available shipping methods and costs are displayed during checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Please confirm that your name and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Lost Compendium™ is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. We will provide reasonable assistance if a shipment is delayed or appears to be lost.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, the delivery carrier, and your local post office. Contact us promptly if you still cannot locate the shipment, and we will help you review the available tracking information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at thelostcompendium@gmail.com.

Your message must include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label

Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging until the claim is resolved. Missing photographs or discarded packaging may prevent us from verifying the damage or filing a carrier claim.

Depending on the item and available inventory, an approved resolution may include a replacement, repair, exchange, store credit, or refund.
